I definitely recommend this trail. I've walked across that big bridge connecting Pasadena and Eagle Rock many times and always wondered what park was below.
(wenzday)A nice easy walk/hike along a wash and under the historic Arroyo Seco Bridge.Walk was pretty, lots of trees and the bridges are beautiful. As the trail loops around, the colorado street bridge is magnificent; it’s much bigger than the two smaller bridges down the trail. There is signs and a trail that begins where you walk underneath the bridges including the suicide bridge. Stay on the trail, and don’t get shot! A hidden trail in Pasadena.
Moderately trafficked, and seems to be a safe place to hike. not very congested at this time of day, plenty of parking, and benches throughout one half of the loop. it goes through an archery rangeBeautiful trail. if you are running into Rosebowl stay on the east side and run the Singletrack that runs along the fence of golf course. When you reach the horse stables you cross a bridge and go back. For me, it was hard to find.
Enjoyed our hike .easy hike, flat trai great for a nice long walk did 6.6 miles starting on South Pasadena and end at Rose Bowl, see have different trails to go to. We parked by the Kidspace Children museum, a bit lot with free parking and walked south on Arroyo. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, and running.
It doesn’t take long to complete and looks great for runners!
