Long story short we have been without inbound telephone service for 30 days. !i need help from headquarters plzThey stay in business because municipalities granted monopolies to these cable systemsI had a guy come out who new how to set the remote codes. since they don’t seem to get that they are engaging in an ILLEGAL Billing practice. The customer was sent to the shu department (aka the special handling unit, give me a break. With that being the case stop sending me offers.
Their calls are recorded and I asked the call be pulled and listened to. Didn’t recognise and numbers that I put in. Worked great until my credit card sent me a new card. So I go online and try to pay both statements but kept getting an error message and to call 1-855-657-7328. Now I’m really ticking mad. Evidently, Dish TV IS THE ONLY OPTION.It’s business fraud when you sell a product and then fall to meet your obligations while charging the customer for the failed service.its sad how spectrum is runing everyone away and i have worked for them and now am going to WoW tomorrow Spectrum get a D-They bait and switched me from the get go. 2 of them stayed out side less then an hour didn’t even touch my lines feeding the service I’m paying for nothing.I would never use this phone service again they are very rude and worst then any other company i used ever they over charge and dont know how to treat customersI was sold Charter by a sales rep that came to my door. than if they just reported the truth.I paid my bill 2 days early, then cancelled auto pay for the reason of not paying my bill twice. I can’t believe they treat new customers like this. Yes , my bill got paid twice. Technician states it is a nationwide problem. !Monday morning. Why couldn’t the tech let someone know about the delay? You don’t give employees benefits in writing, then find a loophole to take them away, shortly before they are going to use them!!! into the service and lo and behold we lost a lot of the channels we subscribed to without notification. They always have some excuse when you call about a problem you’re having and on top of that the person you’re talking to usually doesn’t have a clue.
Bad number.I had hopes someone at Spectrum would assist me , but all seem incompetent. They still can’t get it working “PROPERLY” after 4 service calls, and they complained about having to come make it work, as though I was just imagining the problems.
I’m tired of techs coming to my apartment, staying a long time and solving nothing. If Spectrum wants my business you know how to contact me but I would work on your customer service because it sucks.
