The house is beautiful and included everything we needed including beach chairs, beach towels, 2 wagons and toys. It was perfect for our 2 families & my parents. I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery! We are already choosing our dates for next year! We will be back soon! Most people on the beach never look up and completely miss the eagles 10 feet over their heads.Date of arrival - March 16, 2020 The area is awesome as well. We enjoyed the beautiful home very much. The bayside view and pier provide a wonderful space for kayaking and fishing and the pool a nice space to wind down at any time. The atmosphere is more like New York City than Panama City. The views of the sunset are incredible! Almost everyone was doing social distancing.
Also all of the extra beach chairs and toys. There was plenty of room for guests - rooms were nice sized. We spotted two that hang out in the trees down the left. Will definitely be back and would recommend to all my friends to stay.What an amazing property and area, everything you could possibly want in a home and rental company. The living interior is very open - the kitchen well equipped, and the dining space was ample. The home was clean, fully stocked with everything we needed for the week and the views are breathtaking!! I am not recommending this but we were picking them up and throwing them out of our location. The beach was very private, which we loved. Walk-ins are always welcome, but reservations are recommended. There is access to a 500’ pier that stretches into the protected waters of St Joe Bay. Firefly …
We could not ask for a better experience. My favorite part was watching the sunrise over the bay on the back deck. We have stayed in homes much closer to the Gulf but I must say that the unobstructed view from this home is one that we will never forget.
