The team with the second highest cumulative score was Colorado State University, Fort Collins, for its presentation as Ram Roofing Inc. And this year, for the first time, the judges awarded a Best Individual Presenter Award, which was presented to Hannah Redifer from Auburn University. Inc., Carthage, Tenn.; and Wagner Roofing Co., Hyattsville, Md.Staff represented roofing contractors' interests at International Code Council code hearings, as well as National Fire Protection Association, ASTM International, Underwriters Laboratories Inc., and American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers meetings.The technical services staff also responded to more than 2,300 requests for technical assistance.In June 2017, the House of Representatives approved the Strengthening Career and Technical Education for the 21st Century Act (H.R.
